Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of a team that handles all inbound technical support calls from existing merchants, agents, and employees.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide award winning service to BCG clients
  • Field inbound calls from clients with technical problems or questions
  • Solve technical problems related to merchant processing equipment
  • Escalate technical problems related to merchant processing equipment

Skills Summary:

  • Merchant Services technical support experience
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Highly organized, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Motivated self-starter, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work flexible work schedule

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one years of related work experience
