Technical Support Specialist
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of a team that handles all inbound technical support calls from existing merchants, agents, and employees.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide award winning service to BCG clients
- Field inbound calls from clients with technical problems or questions
- Solve technical problems related to merchant processing equipment
- Escalate technical problems related to merchant processing equipment
Skills Summary:
- Merchant Services technical support experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Highly organized, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Motivated self-starter, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work flexible work schedule
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one years of related work experience
